When I was a kid I spent many hours alone, so I was always thinking a lot and solving many problems by myself. Later throughout my life people shared their problems with me and I was solving their problems too. I never thought that something was not possible. There is always a way, and I just need to find it. Self-sufficiency was something I was proud of, but I didn't know about efficiency yet. It's true, we all can be bakers, makers, bankers at the same time, but is it necessary to split our energy on all those different things? How successful are we really? Do we have enough time to specialize in anything in particular? How about we put all that time into something we truly love and enjoy? The last few years I discovered the power of two, three or more people. Accepting others' help was so hard for me. I discovered that what was a big gain for me was not a big deal for the people from whom I received help. A friend sharing just one experience with me during a simple coffee chat and I went 2x faster. Sometimes I skipped all the phases and went through the finish line in just one step. Out there is someone who can easily help you solve your problem too. Choosing the right people who share the same values as ours is a powerful way to go forward. So, I started accepting things from others. I learned that giving and receiving live next to each other. No need to walk with all the weight alone. We can call it habit; trauma response or way of living, no matter what the name is, a small change can give us a big result. When balancing giving and receiving everything is truly possible. It makes our life cozier, and more fulfilling. Make a small shift today and stay warm this winter surrounded by people who care about you! ❤️
