Do you believe in the power of Art?

Imagine waking up in a room with a beautiful painting on the wall. The painting could be a summer night in Manhattan, wild waves crashing off the cliffs on a remote island...or anything you would like to see on your wall. The painting evokes feelings every time you look at it. It could be a photograph of a loved one glancing at you from a night stand and giving you feelings of softness and safety.

Imagine now a morning without art.

How about music? Why does some music make us happy? Why do we feel energized listening to specific type of music? What exactly makes it powerful?

It is obvious that Art greatly affects our lives. There are so many offers around and we usually choose what feels good to us.

Looking from a different perspective as an artist, what do we present to the world through our art?

I thought a lot about that in Bologna during the biggest and oldest Art Fair in Italy. Is art our believing presented to the world?

A color, a shape or a subject we choose says something about the things we carry inside. Even when we don't express ourselves completely, we present again our inner world.

Further new questions are opening. How do we price an artwork? Is the price just another reflection of our belief about Art? Do we believe that Art can change or even save someone's life?
